På arrangementet møter du ukrainske virksomheter som deler sine erfaringer med teknologiutvikling, samt aktører som Norsk-Ukrainsk Handelskammer, Defence Innovation Highway, Innovasjon Norge og Agder Europakontor.

Formålet er å skape nye kontakter, øke forståelsen av hva som kreves av innovasjon og utvikling i en konfliktsituasjon, og utforske forretningsmuligheter og samarbeid i Ukraina i tiden fremover.

Eugene Yakovlev is an international business leader operating at the intersection of defense, aerospace, and technology investment. As Chief Business Officer at DKNejet, he leads global business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion in autonomous defense systems. Throughout his career, Eugene has helped scale technology businesses across international markets and held leadership roles spanning satellite manufacturing, defense UxV technologies, venture capital, and strategic investments. His experience combines business development, investment, and operational leadership, with a focus on building partnerships, entering new markets, and scaling complex technologies internationally.

Defence Innovation Highway, Esben Gadsbøll (Co-founder)

Esben Gadsbøll is Co-Founder of Defense Innovation Highway (DIH), where he works to strengthen cooperation between Ukraine and the Nordic countries across defence technology, investment and innovation. His work focuses on bringing Ukrainian battlefield-driven innovation closer to Nordic industry, investors and decision-makers, while building stronger long-term ties between the two ecosystems. Esben is also Chairman of Danish Tech Startups, co-founder of WhiteAway.com and TechBBQ, and an experienced entrepreneur and investor. He is a recipient of the Ebbe Munck Honorary Award for his commitment to Ukraine and democracy. 

Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, Sigbjørn Albertsen (Senior Advisor/Defence & Dual Use)

Sigbjørn Albertsen is a Senior Adviser for Dual-Use Technology at the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC), a non-profit, non-governmental member organization serving Norwegian and Ukrainian businesses. With a vast network in both Norway and Ukraine, Sigbjørn is well-positioned to facilitate strong connections and advise on market entry. Sigbjørn frequently travels with Norwegian delegations to Ukraine and hosts Ukrainian delegations to Norway.

Unmanned Naval Association, Yuriy Byts (Head of Government & International Relations)

Yuriy Byts is Head of Government & International Relations at the Unmanned Naval Association. With 14 years of experience in technology and two years in the USV sector, he focuses on international cooperation, government relations, and working with Ukrainian maritime defence manufacturers.

Agder European Office, Timo Nikolaisen (EU Policy Advisor)

Trilingual policy professional specialising in public affairs, government relations, and EU funding strategy for regional development, SMEs, and the defence industry. Expert in helping local/regional government officials and SMEs navigate EU programmes, from early-phase project development to securing support for initiatives like the European Defence Fund (EDF). Skilled in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication to align regional priorities with EU opportunities. 

Innovation Norway, Einar Irgens Gustafson (Defence Sector Lead )

Einar currently works as Defense Sector Lead at Innovation Norway in charge of coordinating Innovation Norways efforts in the defense sector. 

He previously served as Defense Industry Cooperation Counselor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington, DC, connecting the Norwegian government with Norwegian defense/security companies in the US, leading MoD delegations to major industry events, and advising on allied innovation cooperation. He also held roles with NADIC, the Defense MoU Attaches Group, and the Norwegian-American Chamber of Commerce's Mid-Atlantic Chapter. 

Earlier, he spent 12 years in ocean robotics, including seven years managing AUV development at Bluefin Robotics and two years managing UGV and mine-disposal robot programs at QinetiQ North America, followed by two and a half years as HUGIN AUV Sales Manager at Kongsberg Maritime.
